| Senior Automation QA Engineer (LLM) Location: Chicago IL (100% Remote) Duration: Contract As a QA Resource for the Enrollment Bot CoPilot project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our LLM-driven automation framework. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and project managers, to validate the functionality and performance of the Enrollment Bot CoPilot. Requirements: Design, develop, and maintain an efficient LLM automation framework tailored to the specific requirements of the Enrollment Bot CoPilot project. Implement and execute automated test scripts to validate the functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the LLM-driven enrollment process. Collaborate with the project team to create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring thorough coverage of LLM interactions and responses in various enrollment scenarios. Document and track defects using appropriate tools, providing detailed information for developers to facilitate efficient issue resolution. Generate comprehensive test reports summarizing test results, coverage, and any identified issues. Strong proficiency in testing methodologies, test case development, and test execution. Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Java) and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium). Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts is a plus.
