Job Title: Project Manager-ServiceNow Job Location: Remote (100%) Experience Required: 10+ Yrs. Position Type: Contract Job Description: Client is looking for an experienced SNOW Project Manager with hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow IRM and use cases including Policy and Compliance, Vulnerability Management, Audit, Risk and Vendor Risk Management Skills and Experience: 3+ years' experience building information technology governance, risk and compliance processes, models, and policies. Overall work experience more than 10+ years., An understanding of and implementation experience with a variety of GRC tools CISSP, CISA, CRISC or other relevant certification desired ServiceNow Certifications a plus Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills Technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives. A self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements. Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the communication appropriately to the intended audience. Excellent active listening skills Capable of dealing with and managing conflict Responsibilities: Configure and implement IRM (Integrated Risk Management) related business processes into ServiceNow including Policy and Compliance Management, Vulnerability Management, and other Risk Management processes. Deliver IRM technology enablement services to enable and automate risk management processes (i.e., risk assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and risk register, etc.) ServiceNow IRM design, implementation, and Integrations experience with tools like Qualys Design and develop enhancements for the existing IRM modules of IRM tools and help fix issues or defects which arise in the production environment. Design / Develop ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as Modules. Develop systems integrations and process automation with External system REST APIs Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each. Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements. Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows and business use cases.
