The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, development, and execution of automated test cases. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute automation testing on modern applications. Ability to work across time-zones with direct reports based in India. Define test automation strategy and approach for various projects. Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks. Ensure the scalability and maintainability of automated test suites. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient testing process. Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to the project team. Create and maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Provide detailed reports on test execution and results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8-12 years of proven experience in software quality assurance. Strong expertise in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, or other scripting languages. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
