Lead System Architect Responsibilities A Lead System Architect will be accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements. Bring advanced knowledge of the Pega Architecture and all Pega design and implementation features and provide thought-leadership to fellow team members and the customer across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. The technical leader of a project team, responsible for mentoring and monitoring of the quality of team members deliverables. He/she will be expected to work independently to build out all or portions of a BPM application and mentor others to do the same.
