Ability to multi-task in a fast- moving environment Accurate, analytical and attention to detail Experience participating in IT related projects Advanced Microsoft Skills including Visio, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint Experience 5+ years Insurance experience Project Management experience or certification. Experience with Insurity Policy Decisions/Policy Decisions Evolution a plus Some college a plus Key responsibilities include: Manage project timelines and identify, escalate and mitigate risks to timelines. Facilitate project team meetings. Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans by identifying resources and timelines. Track and classify defects identified in UAT. Confirm defect resolution. May have multiple UAT streams happening simultaneously. Develop regular communications and provide Stakeholder and Project Management Office status. Track metrics and measures of project success Create and maintain RAID log and escalate business related issues.
