| From: Jyoti, kpg99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] TITLE: Systems Engineer VISA: USC/GC LOCATION: Wilmington, DE, Philadelphia, PA, and Wayne, PA This would be a 3 day/week onsite schedule at the site of the candidates choice, but they will need to be onsite 5 days/week in Wilmington for the first 4 weeks. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role, we can only take US citizen or Green Card holder candidates who can convert without sponsorship. Candidates need a prior Systems Engineer title, and need strong experience with the skill listed below . Position Responsibilities: Serving as a primary escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 MS Office 365 and Teams and Azure AD/Entra ID problems, accountable for identifying and resolving root-causes. Successfully resolve assigned Tier 2 & Tier 3 issues and work outages in accordance with Service level agreements (SLAs). Actively and effectively respond to client support tickets & work team queue. Engage system users, vendors, and stakeholders to understand and document their needs, requirements, issues, and risks to create understanding for both technical and non-technical groups. Writing and maintaining custom scripts and processes to increase automation, system efficiency, and lower downtime via methods such as vCron, PowerShell, and Power BI. Follow, and seek to improve, established systems engineering, configuration management, and change management processes. Requirements: 3+ years of experience directly responsible for the design or integration of O365 (disciplined in Exchange, SharePoint, or Teams) and Azure/Entra ID (with emphasis on Synchronization, Enterprise Applications, and MFA). Previous hands-on experience with on-prem infrastructure (Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server OS). Proficiency in the configuration and diagnostics in at least some of the following technologies: Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory. Access to reliable transportation to maintain satellite sites as needed Bonus: Experience with creation and modification of SSH file automation.
