Job Title: Snowflake Administration Location : Burlington, MA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Client: TCS Job Description: Azure Cloud and Snowflake Administration Monitoring/Alerting on KPIs only on select critical Dbs. Perform overlays. Conduct migrations from on-prem Set-up DMS Load data into databases Fulfill requests for Snapshots (point in time backup) Perform DML executions. Execute one-time tasks (e.g., restorations and special load requests) Conduct performance monitoring and assessments utilizing AWS performance tools. Reactive Performance Analysis High level overview based on experience. Perform problem resolution: User-oriented System-oriented (requiring interaction with AWS Support) Provide technical guidance. Right-sizing recommendations Identifying technologies applying to application environments Review and optimize existing Run Book Implementing best practices for access controls Ability to document technical as well as management process flows. Ability to work effectively with business areas, IT Support teams and peers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
