Ability to work cross functionally on large, complex challenges and programs. Strong data integration skills and proficiency in managing interdependencies with upstream and downstream applications. Agile methodology proficiency (sprint planning, backlog grooming) Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to oversee project execution plans. Strong Project management ,planning and financial acumen. Proven ability to work with teams for implementations releases & cutovers. Responsibilities: Communicate progress and escalate key decisions, issues, risks, and help with cross functional & business alignment , drive consensus and help with resolving conflicting business needs or asks. Manage project deliverables and ensure timely completion. Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members. Develop and implement project execution plans and budgets. Monitor and manage risks and interdependencies. Conduct and coordinate data quality tests. Prepare and update status reports. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Additional Skills: Experience with Reltio is highly desired. Excellent written and verbal communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership and team-building skills Time management and organizational skills Attention to details. Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audiences from project teams, Business to Stakeholders & Sponsors. Ability to design, document and socialize a charter for first of kind efforts. Able to apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions and manage risk. Ability to lead through influence cross functional teams, requirements, scope to drive forward both the team and program. Ability to manage and facilitate team meetings and initiatives to effectively develop plans and achieve goals. Ability to work cross functionally on large, complex challenges and programs . Ability to develop a schedule using work-breakdown techniques that lead to a defined critical path. Excellent skill at using Microsoft Project MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word Minimum 10-15+ years experience managing data-related programs.
