Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the successful implementation of IT projects Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within defined timelines and budgets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of System Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Skilled with using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Visio and devOps Ability to communicate to management, business, and technical personnel as well as resolve conflicts. Experienced with the implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics projects. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with grant management implementation processes, policies, and compliance requirements. (Preferred). Current PMP Certification.
