| Hi Team, We are having Urgent Opening for SAP Training Developer (Remote) SAP Training Developer(Remote) Exp- 12+Years We need only GC, & USC Training Content Developer (5+ years' experience) SAP Training & Training Material Development experience Quick Reference Guides Instructor Led Training/ Virtual Instructor Led Training Web Based Training Develop business process training utilizing the above methods Experience in SAP EnableNow or SAP Workforce Performance Builder (WPB) Ensure new business process procedures are incorporated in training courses Communicate and clarify course content with business process team Revise training materials according to review process Review and refine work instructions developed by the business process teams Assist in identification of training environment requirements Perform data load into training environment and set up tables and required master and transactional data for exercises and case scenarios Test exercises for usability purposes Educate, train and coach instructors Deliver training to the organization (if required) Report work progress to training leads and training manager Familiar with SharePoint, Access, Skype, Virtual Training a plus Key Skills Instructional Design Ability to work alone or with minimum supervision Consistent communication with IBM and project team Training development (Instructor Led, eLearning, etc.) Exposure to ERP systems Good time management Ability to meet deadlines Detail oriented Nice to Have Skills Functional area expertise (RTR, OTC, PTP etc.) Training delivery and execution WalkMe experience Other Organizational Change Management related work experience Ruchi Verma Sr. US IT Recruiter [email protected] | 470-289-7455 -- Keywords: information technology green card |
