Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to collect business requirements. . Experience working with automated workflow systems and Medicaid is a plus. . Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint is preferred. . Demonstrated experience working in a project management office or supporting projects. . Demonstrated on-the-job experience gathering, compiling, evaluating, and interpreting complex information, as well as clearly presenting this information to stakeholders. . Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter. . Experience serving as project lead for complex projects. . Develops and/or contributes to project reports including but not limited to: project status, budget, and dashboards. . Ability to capture key elements in brainstorming sessions, generate group member direction, and lead group to define and achieve goals . Ability to deal with ambiguity and frequent change. . Experience working independently, effectively managing multiple tasks and directional changes .
