Implementation: Oversee the implementation of ITAM solutions, including configuration, customizations, and integrations. Process Improvement: Analyze existing IT processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize ITAM processes. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of design, configuration, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of ITAM solutions. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues related to ITAM solutions, ensuring minimal disruptions to IT operations. Compliance: Ensure that ITAM processes adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements. Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor the performance and health of IT assets and operations. Security: Implement security best practices to protect ITAM data and configurations. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and changes. Qualifications: ServiceNow Certification (CIS), especially in ITAM is highly desirable. Proven experience in designing and implementing ITAM solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Strong knowledge of IT asset management best practices and IT operations management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and integration. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices ServiceNow ITAM Developer 3 to 5 yrs IT-Asset Management (Certification SAM/HAM). ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Certification required ITAM/SPM/APM/SAM). ServiceNow Business Process Consultant ServiceNow S2P, Finance and Supply Chain.
