| Role: Project Manager( Energy experience required) Visa: NO OPT CPT H1B Experience: 12-15+ Needed Location: Remote Client's priorities: High level experience/familiarity with the energy industry, PM will be managing the multifamily energy studies that come in (bulk on applications come from NYC area; is there value in providing funding for a particular study; offering relevant comments/questions, etc.), scope and budget negotiations and management, customer service / strong communication, highly highly organized. PM could be managing 100 projects at once. PMP not required. Truly 100% remote, must be available during NYSERDA work hours (EST) of course. But familiarity with NYC multifamily market is very nice-to-have. Managers want to move quickly with these two roles - looking to schedule video interviews (1/24, 1/25 hopefully) for next week. Given the aggressive timeframe, managers are aiming for one round interview (30-45 min).
