| Hi Contract Role: SAP FICO consultant Exp 12+ Location: Nashville,TN(Onsite ) Rate: 75 Must have: Strong business process knowledge in accounting,finance and controlling. support processes (Incident Management, Service request management, Change management, Problem management & RCA, Major Incident management, Priority definitions and SLAs) Product costing, COPA, General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/ Bank Accounting / Taxes (CIN/GST) / New Asset Accounting, Cost Center accounting, Activity types, internal order maintenance, Budgeting, bank reconciliation, period end closing, payment processing, travel and expense, product costing, Order settlement, Margin reporting, Price variance, standard costing, and document splitting. SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity solution EBS/DME , Interface Handling, IDocs Analysis JD: Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Definition, Design and Configuration in the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling Area. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Bachelors/Masters degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO modules with education background as finance domain like MBA / CA. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in S/4Hana with at least 2 end to end implementations Preferred 12-15 years of experience in SAP FI/CO modules with Strong business process knowledge in accounting, finance and controlling. Work experience for manufacturing companies preferably. Knowledge and experience on support processes (Incident Management, Service request management, Change management, Problem management & RCA, Major Incident management, Priority definitions and SLAs) Ability to track and assign ticket queues to team members Ability to handle business stakeholders and able to understand the financial business terminology and be able to communicate SAP finance solutions in business language Strong knowledge in Product costing, COPA, General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/ Bank Accounting / Taxes (CIN/GST) / New Asset Accounting, Cost Center accounting, Activity types, internal order maintenance, Budgeting, bank reconciliation, period end closing, payment processing, travel and expense, product costing, Order settlement, Margin reporting, Price variance, standard costing, and document splitting. Experience with SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity solution is a plus. Exposure to country specific requirements and New GL. Strong knowledge on Interfaces, EBS/DME and enhancements. Ability to lead the SAP finance and controlling track and estimate the effort for functional work, plan resources Expertise in specialized areas of FICO viz. EBS, Interface Handling, IDocs Analysis Should have knowledge in FI-SD & FI-MM Integration Experience in leading business blueprint workshops and providing solutions. Should have experience in preparing functional specifications, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support. Should have experience with all kinds of testing in SAP life cycle, Support experience is desirable. Conducting user trainings, preparation of training documents. Knowledge in SOLMAN for Transport movements Should have worked on Multiple Systems in SAP Landscape Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Strong emphasis on customer engagement.
