The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives. Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables (to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process design document, to-be functional design, process maps, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests) to ensure they meet project objectives Liaise with client team members to create work instructions for Onboarding 2.0 Participate in testing UAT, PPT complete test scripts Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise Skills and Experience 2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience as an SAP implementation/support consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 At least 2 end to end SAP projects implementation experience. Knowledge and experience in SF RCM preferred Experience in onboarding and offboarding process in Global organizations Configuration/Design of forms used in Onboarding process Custom Notifications configuration in Onboarding Process New Hire/Orientation step configuration in Onboarding Process Integration with EC and RCM Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.
