ABOUT THE ROLE: *10 + years of Experience in PowerBuilder, Design and Development experience using Agile Software Development. *Hands-on experience developing PowerBuilder 3-tier applications using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher. *Hands-on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle 19C or higher or MySQL or similar. *Design and develop clear and maintainable code. *Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps. *Independently performs a variety of complicated software development tasks using PowerBuilder. *Knowledge on TAX-Integrated Revenue Management System (IRMS). *Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team. *Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify, analyze, assess requirements. *Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment. *Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation PowerBuilder Applications.
