| From: Vijaykant Tyagi, Largeton [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: SailPoint Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6 months (expected) Visa: No H1B/CPT A SailPoint Engineer plays an important role in organizations that utilize SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. These implemented solutions will automate Identity tasks securely with efficiency and using contemporary solution patterns. Job Summary: The Sailpoint Engineer is responsible for the following an established Sailpoint architecture/design, performing implementation of assigned automation work in the Sailpoint platform, and operate SailPoint Identity and Access Management solutions. They are experienced in SailPoint technologies and options, providing guidance to ensure effective identity and access management for the organization, enforcing security policies, and improving operational efficiency. They will provide a responsive level of business interaction, participate in discovery and design sessions, and implement as agreed upon This specific engagement will revolve around migrating from IDNow to IIQ deployed in GCP as part of a team being led by Client PM and architecture guidance. Key Responsibilities: Component Design: Design solutions for licensed modules, configuring and operating SailPoint IdentityNow or other SailPoint IAM solutions, applying NIST best practice methodology to solutions. Acts as department expert for advice and leads discussions on new security technologies and trends while also being able to validate corporate conformance to industry standards utilizing set analysis criteria. Interacting with Client teams: Participates in communications and meetings and builds rapport with internal and external teams. Develop requirements and inputs/outputs with needed business and technical teams to create viable and secure designs in harmony with the leading architect's vision. Implementation and Configuration: Implements SailPoint solutions, and configures connectors, workflows, and policies to manage user identities, access requests, and provisioning processes. Integration: Integrate SailPoint with other IT systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), and HR systems to automate identity management processes. Policy Enforcement: Define and enforce access control policies, role-based access, and entitlement management to ensure that only authorized users have access to appropriate resources. User Provisioning and Deprovisioning: Develop and maintain automated user provisioning and de-provisioning processes to streamline user onboarding and offboarding. Access Reviews and Certification: Implement access review campaigns to periodically review and certify user access, ensuring compliance with security policies. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve SailPoint-related issues, providing support to end-users and administrators when needed. Support for regulatory audits, investigates intrusion incidents, conduct forensic investigations for the most complex projects, and leads incident responses. Serves as department subject matter expert for advising others in completing complex projects. Security and Compliance: Ensure that SailPoint configurations adhere to security best practices and compliance standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant regulations. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SailPoint solutions, including configurations, processes, and policies. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end-users to ensure they understand and utilize SailPoint effectively. Upgrades and Patch Management: Stay up to date with SailPoint software releases and perform system upgrades and patch management to maintain system security and stability. Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure that SailPoint operates efficiently. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent significant hands-on work experience with IAM. Relevant Experience or Degree in Information Security or Computer Science preferred. Other majors will be considered. Experienced in Identity Governance and Administration. Over 8 years of experience in relevant skills Expert experience defining, implementing, and maintaining corporate security policy along with standards and procedures. Knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats and network access controls, as well as experience in Identity and access management principles. Proven experience in hands-on implementation and configuration of Sailpoint IIQ. Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, security best practices, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in scripting languages for customizations and workflow development. Demonstrates an expert-level technical background in Information Security accompanied by deep troubleshooting capabilities. Experience managing projects. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered instead of a degree. One or more of the following-CISSP, CISA, CISM, PCI-QSA, PA-QSA, PCIP, CRISC, CGEIT Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Project management skills for participating on a team executing IAM projects efficiently. Highly preferred skills include: SailPoint certification(s) is a plus (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer). Experience with IDNow Experience migrating applications from one version of IIQ to another.
