Position: Business Analyst with P&C Insurance domain Location: Warren, NJ , Hybrid is fine 1 day a week Duration: 12+ months contract Need USC, H1B & H4 EAD only. LinkedIn & Passport Number Must for Submission. MUST SKILLS:: P&C Insurance domain, Personal Lines, Forms and PAS(Policy Admin System) Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in Policy Admin system implementation playing a BA role. Hands-on experience (at least knowledge) in managing Insurance Forms and packages. Experience in business requirement gathering and documentation with business users/ client BA. Ability to guide the Development team with necessary clarifications for Forms development. Must have knowledge of XML, Data mapping and inference conditions in context to Forms development. Work experience of Agile methodology. Be able to help the QA team for testing (functional). Good knowledge of Personal Lines and commercial lines LOBs (BOP, CUMB). Understanding of integration between PAS and CCM. Good to have - AINS certification. Good communication skill.
