Independently lead problem determination in multiple technology domains, engaging with business units, application teams, and other infrastructure teams as required. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and consultative guidance to other teams and business units as appropriate. Role Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive roles from Administrator to Engineer; Minimum of 2 years of experience providing Tier 3 escalation support for legacy and current versions of Citrix products; Advanced knowledge relative to administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies, to include: Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 1912 and later Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS) Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) Citrix Netscaler / ADC / VPX Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM) Citrix App Layering Ivanti Application Control Ivanti Environment Manager Advanced knowledge relative to administration, engineering, design, and implementation of Microsoft technologies, to include: Windows Server, versions 2012R2 and 2016; version 2019 a plus Windows 10 Hyper-V, including failover clustering System Center Virtual Machine Manager Active Directory Group Policies Experience with public cloud-related technologies a plus, to include: Google Cloud Platform Citrix Cloud Infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, etc. Familiarity with immutable infrastructure concepts Adept skills with vDisk management, application packaging, and Powershell scripting. Extensive application debugging experience utilizing Citrix tools, Microsoft System Internals Tools, Wireshark or other packet capturing tools, and ControlUp.
