Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite from Day 1) Employment Type: Contract-to-Contract (C2C) Role Overview: As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps practices for our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate our development, testing, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong background in Azure DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities: Azure DevOps Implementation: Design, implement, and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for build, test, and deployment processes. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices. Continuous Integration and Deployment: Establish and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Automate release management to accelerate the software delivery lifecycle. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Infrastructure as Code principles to automate and manage infrastructure provisioning and configuration. Implement and maintain infrastructure components using tools such as Terraform. Monitoring and Optimization: Set up monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure. Identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and align DevOps practices accordingly. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all DevOps processes and configurations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform). Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure. Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
