Create and maintain process and system documentation. Monitor and respond to user inquiries regarding system issues and requirements. Develop use cases, business process models, and diagrams. Support the development team through system design, development, and implementation. Develop training materials and provide training to users. Evaluate and recommend technologies that can support business needs. Good communication and presentation skill.
