Work on OMNI Channel to help define the permission roles and group functions within the system. Telephony configurations including trunks, dial plans, metrics, etc. Guiding the direction on Genesys App Foundry partners and how to navigate and configure services. Examples include Event Bridge, WFM (TTECH), CM Staging, CDS, etc Assisting in the workflow processes for API usage and pipelines.
