Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects with a specific focus on Siteminder implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Siteminder implementation, Java, IAM, and LDAP. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IAM and related technologies. Certification and Compliance: Maintain and leverage certifications such as Broadcom Certified Specialist - SiteMinder (BCSMS) and Broadcom Certified Master - Identity and Access Management (BCMIM). Stay informed about industry standards and best practices in security (CISSP, CISA) and network administration (CCNA). Ensure project compliance with relevant security and regulatory standards. Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in IAM projects, with a focus on Siteminder. Strong technical background in Java, IAM, and LDAP. Industry certifications such as Broadcom Certified Specialist - SiteMinder (BCSMS) and Broadcom Certified Master - Identity and Access Management (BCMIM). Additional certifications in security (CISSP, CISA) and network administration (CCNA) are highly desirable. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
