Performs quality assurance-related activities. Helps further develop a focused, and effective independent testing function. Use preventive techniques, such as defect root cause analysis and lessons learned sessions for continuous improvement. Document all work at the completion of all testing tasks. Be able to communicate in oral and written English language, at a level of complexity appropriate to the audience. Provide specific task deliverables such as CAT tests on time in conformance with contract specifications and generally accepted business practice. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: At least one year of experience testing a web application on IIS and WebSphere. Experience with Oracle SQL Must be a self-starter Must have strong analytical skills. Must be able to clearly communicate (both verbally and written) DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Experience SAP Business Intelligence Crystal Reports Tech Writing experience: Experience preparing operation and maintenance manuals, proposals, presentation slides, and technical publications. Gathers technical information, prepares written text, and coordinates layout and final publication.
