Job Description: High school diploma or equivalent. Five years of direct experience with JD Edwards. Experience supporting end-users with resolving system issues and implementing changes within JD Edwards. Experience performing business analyst activities such as issue identification, gathering requirements, business process design, influencing direction and usage of software tools. Experience in the development of system documentation and procedures. Experience in the successful implementation, configuration, management, and maintenance of JDE applications. Experience with one or more of the following modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR), Job Cost, Fixed Assets, Real Estate Management, HCM, Payroll, Employee Self Service, Capital Asset Management, Procurement, Requisition Self Service, and Sales Order Management . Solid interpersonal skills, technically curious and self-motivated. Ability to understand and communicate technical information to the end-users in an easily understood manner. Bachelors degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience. Experience with BSSV, BI Publisher, Showcase Strategy (SPSS) or Smarter Commerce. Experience with databases such as SQL, JDE orchestrator, AllOut Security, SharePoint, Kronos, Reports Now. Ability to drive initiatives through presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
