| Hi, We have urgent requirement of Oracle HCM BI Analyst in Dublin, CA(Remote) Here are the job details Title- Oracle HCM BI Analyst Location : Dublin, CA (remote) Business Unit: Corporate Human Resources Site: HCM_REMOTE_LOC Location: HCM_REMOTE_LOC Requisition Title: Business Process Analyst IV Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM BI Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of our workforce, you'll be responsible for leveraging Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to provide valuable insights and analytics within our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Locations United States (Remote) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, maintain, and deliver key HCM (OTBI and BI Publisher) reporting dashboards, analytics, and extracts. Excellent client interfacing skills, collaborating with client IT and business stakeholders, and crafting technical strategy and design documents. Lead, direct, and execute data, reporting, and analytical needs through all analytics project stages: Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Acquisition and Preparation, Testing, Validation, Visualization/Model Development, Deployment, Maintenance, and Retirement. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI within Oracle HCM suite. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions. Analyze complex data sets to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations for HR and business stakeholders. Create and optimize data models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of information. Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and data structures to drive efficient BI solutions. Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and enhancements, implementing relevant changes to improve BI capabilities. Implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner. Provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Ability to train and mentor other members of the team for continued adoption and instilling best practices. Key Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) working with Oracle HCM Cloud and proficiency in OTBI. Strong understanding of HR data and processes, coupled with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization tools. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions. Proven track record in client interfacing, working with both IT and business stakeholders, and crafting technical strategy and design documents. Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud or relevant BI tools is a plus.
