Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Title: Lead Functional Consultant - Manhattan WMOS Location: Burlington, NJ (Remote) Job Type: 12+ Months Contract Job Description Around 10-12 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS 2018 or above. Should have worked preferably in Manhattan WMOS Upgrade projects. Should have good experience in Interfaces Mapping, Configuration and Support to Developments. Should have good knowledge and experience on all / most of Manhattan Active WMS screens, interfaces, APIs and process flows Should have technical experience in PL/SQL, Unix Scripting and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting , LMS-WMS Configurations. Must have knowledge and expertise on end-to-end warehouse operations and warehouse management system Should be the single point of contact at onsite for all warehouse support issues Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions. Should have experience working in Peak Season Support and should be proactive in decision making for system improvements Should have experience working in various inbound and outbound functionalities of Manhattan WMOS. Preferable to have experience in MHE integrations and Support Excellent communication skills Should be the single point of contact at onsite for all warehouse support issues Should be able to lead crisis calls and drive root cause analysis for all critical issues Capability to work under pressure and tight timelines Should work in onsite-offshore model and be able to co-ordinate with offshore on a daily basis. Co-ordinate with client and end-users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents. Should do periodic Status reporting to client and Infosys.
