Job Description - Job Description: Technical Support Analyst ( Application Support Analyst ) Work Location: 100% remote, but Must have in the DMV ( reside in Maryland, Wash DC, Virginia or West Virginia ) MOI Skype Duration 6+12 months Job Summary - -BS Degree is required (In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.) - Strong verbal comm skills and solid documentation skills - Must be okay with shift work: The shift will start at 6pm and will be either a Wed to Sat, or Sun to Wed shift (days are TBD). 5 years practical and demonstrated experience within the following (1 or more): - Software Programming (Java/J2EE/AWS) - Production environments Support - Testing environments Support - Mainframe, COBOL, DB2 & JCL - COBOL applications running under CICS - Ability to work within the UNIX and Windows environments using basic commands to navigate system availability and problem investigation Keywords: access management |
