Client Experienced profiles Local to Texas profiles preferred EXP: 12+ years Job Description: Client is seeking an Instructor Trainer 3 to plan, coordinate, and oversee personnel training and staff development programs for department technical resources. Additionally, determines & analyzes training needs for employees, supervisors, and managers. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Required skills: Years Skills/Experience 8+ Determining training policies and procedures 8+ Designing, developing, and implementing training curricula. Experience working with management and supervisory personnels to assess training needs 8+ Formulating and developing plans, procedures, and programs including web-based and instructor led courses, job aids, videos etc. 8+ Organizing and developing alignment with internal technology general controls to establish evaluation procedures for training needs 8+ Evaluating and coordinates training courses offered by technology online learning vendors and contractual training obligations/value adds 8+ Maintains a record of training programs and attended by department employees. 5+ Experience with web-based learning management systems and e-Learning authoring tools to create content. i.e. Adobe Captivate 8+ Professional personnel experience involving training in a formal classroom and or the development of curriculum and lesson plans for information technology learners. i .e., new employee orientation 5+ Proficient in MSOffice 365 suite of products.
