Title: Sr Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Service/Sales Cloud) Duration: 12 months+ Location/Site: North Chicago, IL (3 days Onsite) Associate, Business Systems Consultant Contractor Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position. The Salesforce Business Analyst supports the HR Case Management application, in managing the Salesforce development lifecycle. Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Analyzing business and user needs and preparing detailed business requirements, from which user stories will be written. Preparing status updates and communicating with stakeholders as needed. Testing new and updated functionality to verify that desired results are achieved. The Salesforce Business Analyst will prepare requirements, solution, and supporting documentation (i.e., use cases, user stories, process flows, business rules, UI mock-ups) Provision elevated access Develop and maintain system-related documentation. Communicate case status and progress to team members and stakeholders. Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills, and experience.
