Consideration given for Project Management certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CAPM, PMP). Expertise in computer systems in a Windows-based environment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Visio. Experience working in SDLC, SQL, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in project management and business analysis roles. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of business analysis techniques, documentation standards, and project management methodologies and tools. Demonstrated clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects with ownership and alignment to organizational goals. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business problems, document requirements, and communicate effectively. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and facilitate clear communication between business and IT teams. Work with QA to create test plans and participate in testing activities to ensure final solutions meet all criteria. Support senior project managers and business analysts as needed. Provide software product support to key-level managers.
