Candidates must have experience working on RECENT SiteMinder implementations as well as Java, LDAP and IAM services. The candidates should also have some of the below certifications. Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects with a specific focus on Siteminder implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Siteminder implementation, Java, IAM, and LDAP. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IAM and related technologies. Certification and Compliance: Maintain and leverage certifications such as Broadcom Certified Specialist - SiteMinder (BCSMS) and Broadcom Certified Master - Identity and Access Management (BCMIM).
