Job Description Job Role: Azure Data Factory / DataStage Consultant Duration: 6 months+ Location: Jersey City, NJ, United States Hybrid Local only Visa: USC, GC only Note: MUST HAVE LINKEDIN PROFILE WITH PHOTO THAT MATCHES LENGTH OF TIME ON RESUME MUST LIVE AND WORK IN THE NY/NJ AREA Description: Support of IBM DataStage ETL processes, SQL server and Oracle based applications. Develop, test, and deploy applications using Azure cloud services, with a strong emphasis on Databricks. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and availability of applications. Root cause analysis of both technical and functional issues. Develop and modify existing ETL processes, Write SQL and PL/SQL queries. Involve in Design and develop functional specifications and technical documents. Working closely with various stakeholders such as business customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide support. Qualifications and Skills Must have strong experience in developing and supporting IBM DataStage components - DataStage Designer, DataStage Director, DataStage Administrator and IBM information server. Azure Data Platform services (Azure Data Lake (ADLS), Data factory (ADF), Azure SQL DW, Databricks), SQL Server, Oracle, Data Warehouse etc. Have good experience with Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions) Thorough understanding of DW principles (Fact Tables, Dimensional Tables, Dimensional Data Modeling - Star Schema and Snowflake Schema, OLTP, OLAP and Data Warehousing concepts). Ability to recreate existing legacy application logic and functionality into Azure Data Factory/Data Lake, SQL Database and SQL Datawarehouse environment. Excellent Communication and Analytical skills. 5+ years of experience in the above tech stack.
