A senior Business Analyst (8+ Years) with experience supporting Capital Markets Data migrations in large enterprise environments. They work with FIS and Fiserv but any Capital Markets data migrations will work. CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DATA MIGRATIONS, NOT JUST DATA. THEY ALSO NEED EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CAPITAL MARKETS/INVESTMENT BANKING OR FINANCIAL SERVICES AROUND TRADING. THIS IS HYBRID, THREE DAYS A WEEK IN MIDTOWN AND REQUIRES A FINNAL IN PERSON INTERVIEW. (Not just Commercial or retail Banking) Qualifications: 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a Broker Dealer / Financial services environment Direct experience performing system gap analysis Detailed familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Technical writing experience, including system or configuration documentation, user manuals, and requirements documentation. Knowledge of banking and brokerage operations, lending, deposits, and treasury Understanding of technical diagrams, system flows, and data requirements documents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Post M&A integration experience Experience multiple core banking platforms Familiarity with FIS, Fidelity and or Fiserv platforms Understanding of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Agile methodologies Understanding of industry regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards related to banking operations.
