This individual will partner with business units on the prioritization and execution of capability development initiatives to realize business goals. This individual will drive our Project Operations (both construction and engineering design) and relevant integration functions as a thought leader including requirements gathering, roadmap prioritization, and collaboration with business and IT engineering departments to deliver best-in-class solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting and implementing Operations technology solutions. You will be working with our ERP standard software IFS, Procore and other applications that we, with your input define on our technology roadmap and bridging the gap between the customers business requirements and the application landscape. You will consult, challenge and advise our customers on how to best utilize existing and planned solutions in relation to their business requirements. This role demands advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and communicates with a diverse set of stakeholders (employees and management) and partners in a manner that breaks down complex challenges into actionable steps that drive results. This individual leads as a team player who is able to build trust and establish strong working relationships. Qualifications: BA/BS, MS, preferably in a technology-related or business field 8 years of in-depth knowledge of the processes and automation in the operations area (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets etc.) in major ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, IFS) application management and/or implementation (10+ total years of experience) Proficient in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Resource to Project processes Adhere to change control processes to ensure SOX compliance and work with auditors on requests in providing documentation and system demonstrations of control configurations Proven ability to Lead complex projects and run multi-departmental project teams with minimum supervision Drive complicated system issues to closure Translate business requests into organized, clear and concise business requirements and document workflows and processes Query, analyze, and interpret data and functionality problems in complex computer systems Experience with IFS ERP Projects modules is a plus Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholdersboth technical and business users Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of social intelligence Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience with some type of reporting package useful Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology is a plus Keywords: business analyst information technology microsoft Arkansas |
