As an Oracle Cloud SCM P2P Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting Oracle Cloud SCM solutions with a specific focus on the Procure to Pay process. Responsibilities: Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with clients to understand their Procure to Pay business processes and design effective Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud SCM modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements for P2P processes. Process Optimization: Analyze and assess current Procure to Pay processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Provide expertise in configuring Oracle Cloud SCM to streamline and enhance P2P workflows. System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to integrate Oracle Cloud SCM seamlessly with other enterprise systems. Design and implement data interfaces to support end-to-end Procure to Pay processes. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Cloud SCM P2P features. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues related to P2P processes. Configuration and Customization: Configure Oracle Cloud SCM to meet specific business needs related to Procure to Pay processes. Implement customizations as necessary to address unique requirements and optimize system performance. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Oracle Cloud SCM P2P configurations, customizations, and integrations. Develop standard operating procedures and training materials for P2P processes. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that Oracle Cloud SCM P2P configurations comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Stay informed about updates and new features in Oracle Cloud SCM to leverage the latest functionalities for P2P processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud SCM, with a focus on Procure to Pay. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Procurement, Purchasing, and Payables. Strong understanding of P2P business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
