Fannie Mae has been going through cloud migration strategy for several years FM has mostly taken an AWS approach which isnt as common as other companies who use multiple cloud solutions. They need a seamless integration between the various platform onto AWS. A solid knowledge on Salesforce is a MUST. They are looking to migrate it into AWS and it would be extremely helpful to know what is going on in salesforce. The underlying part of the tech stack should be fairly similar but AWS calls it one service and Salesforce calls it another. Skills: Solid, hands-on salesforce. Communication ability to breakdown into laymans terms. Must be able to communicate the tech lingo to the business and make it easy to understand. Drive take initiative. This is what I have identified, no waiting look for who to reach out to and take initiative. AWS integration isnt required but a BIG plus. Looking for a thought leader, someone who has thoroughly analyzed the solutions and make recommendations Key responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components. - Utilize your understanding of the Salesforce Security Model to establish secure, robust Salesforce implementations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business needs and priorities, liaise with stakeholders in optimizing our Salesforce environments. - Integrate Salesforce systems with internal and external systems leveraging Event-driven Architecture, REST-based web APIs and AWS services. - Develop new features and functionality on the Salesforce platform using both out-of-the-box functionalities and custom code. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce advancements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the platform's capabilities. - Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions. - Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver on time. Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Service Cloud, Community Cloud, App Cloud, and Einstein solutions. - 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in designing and configuring solutions. - 2+ years of proficiency in web development, including Ajax, JavaScript, JS Remoting, Angular, and JSS. - Extensive experience integrating Salesforce systems with legacy systems through web-based APIs and AWS services such as Kinesis. - 3+ years of knowledge on out-of-the-box Salesforce product suite, including Service Cloud, Community Cloud, App Cloud, and Einstein solutions. - 2+ years of experience using Salesforce Connect and other data integration tools to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems. - Knowledge of Salesforce Development Best Practices and experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns. - Deep understanding of enterprise architectural, code patterns, and principles for object-oriented design. - Salesforce certifications including, but not limited to, Salesforce Data Architecture, Salesforce Integration Architect, Salesforce Platform App Builder. - This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, detailed tactical planning, and technical expertise.
