I request you to go through the below requirements help me with updated resume, Title: HRIS Project Manager Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Duration: 5+Months Webex Interview Required Skills: SAP success factors implementation/integration experience This will be with RBS on the business side Mainly remote unless important meeting that requires onsite PM who has experience with payroll/HRIS systems. Project to move payroll for FoodLion brand to a weekly pay schedule to align with the rest of the organization. This includes moving ~80,000 associates in their payroll system, moving from a bi-weekly to weekly pay cadence, and changing the pay date from a Wednesday to a Thursday. It is complex as it relates to integrations into other systems and potential implications this has on outside systems. Responsibilities: Engages with Project Owners, Executive Sponsors, and project team to establish baseline project objectives, scope, schedule, budget and resources Participates in the development of the project charter, obtains stakeholder approval, and manages scope changes over the duration of the project Develops and maintains project plans for each project / program within MS Project for PMO managed initiatives, adhering to the PMO format and at the proper level of detail to adequately track and report on progress Provide project teams with agendas and meeting minutes. Develops and maintains actions/issue/risk logs for each initiative to appropriately track project/programs actions, issues, and risks to resolution / mitigation Develops consolidated, standard, and accurate initiative status reporting, as per the defined schedule, that provides transparency to the project/program progress and any issues or risks that could have a negative impact Manage and maintain all project documents within the project website Strong PM experience and background in portfolio management ***Previous finance/SAP/payment processing project experience is needed Must be assertive when handling the plan and process across the organization and make sure they stick to the directive laid out by corporate Experience: 3-5+ years of project management experience Preferred PMP Certification Bachelors degree preferred Job Description: This will be with RBS on the business side Mainly remote unless important meeting that requires onsite PM who has experience with payroll/HRIS systems.
