Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Developer to work on their project based out of Annapolis, MD / Onsite. Job title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer Location: Annapolis, MD / Onsite Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: As a Patient Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with patients/members, utilizing your own healthcare experiences to gauge engagement levels and prompt the right call to action for achieving call goals. We are seeking a warm, compassionate, goal-oriented individual who can provide a 5-Star experience, even in the face of challenges. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to health plan/medical group patients/members (Medicare, Medicaid, and Value-Based Organizations). Demonstrate a goal-oriented mindset and high motivation to achieve productivity goals and enhance health outcomes. Utilize influential communication techniques to educate patients/members on the purpose of the call, the benefits of the call to action, and follow-up to ensure a seamless interaction. Provide 5-Star service with compassion, understanding, and the ability to motivate without being pushy. Handle outreach calls related to scheduling patient appointments, reminders, closing quality gaps in care, welcome calls, follow-ups, surveys, and other projects aimed at improving health outcomes. Competencies Desire to work in healthcare or possess a healthcare background/experience. Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely. Strong typing and grammar skills. Proficient in computer applications. Ability to demonstrate a friendly and gentle demeanor with all types of people. Excellent oratory skills with a clear, direct tone. HIPAA compliant with strict protection of Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Adherence to all compliance and HIPAA-related policies at all times. Desired Experience (Not Required) Health plan/medical group customer service or care coordination. Medical office/practice. Sales/marketing. Customer service. Hospitality Enthusiasm Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential job functions, including being on the phone for up to 8 hours per day with breaks, in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. Work in a quiet environment free from distractions during working hours.
