We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (Day one Onsite) Duration: Long Term Must Have: Valid LinkedIn profile Prior experience with Infosys or Apple. Two professional references Role requirements: Proven experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM and PRM project Expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices Hands-on experience with the configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc. Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc. Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highly-matrixed, fast-paced environment Job responsibilities include: Manage the Salesforce application and define, design and configure enhancements to Salesforce platform that provide significant ROI by bridging the gap between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities and business processes. Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects including mobilization to scoping, requirements, use case documentation, design, business readiness, testing and implementation. Actively participate in ongoing discussions and engagements with Salesforce regarding both functional and reporting-based capabilities, spanning CRM, PRM, Marketing, Analytics & Reporting toolsets.
