Collaborating with Front-end Developers and using your Figma Developer expertise to play a key role by successfully implementing UI/UX solutions in Figma using Material UI/React and Tailwinds CSS frameworks. Additionally, you will design, build, and leverage design systems to enhance efficiency and consistency in your working prototypes. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, strategy, content, and account management to streamline methods and processes and guide the strategic execution of work. Key Areas of Responsibility Participate in scoping and planning work. Design Execution: Transform design concepts into pixel-perfect Figma designs. Ensure design consistency across different platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and engineers. Provide and receive feedback for an iterative design process. Figma Expertise: Utilize Figma for efficient design workflows and building working prototypes. Build Figma layouts and components ensuring Figmas Developer Mode in alignment with the Front-end Developers expectations for code compliance Stay updated on Figma features and best practices. Quality Assurance: Review design implementations for quality. Collaborate with front and backend developers to address issues. Leverage Design System: Build and utilize design systems for streamlined workflows. Ensure adherence to design system components for consistency. Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation and style guides. Communicate design decisions effectively. Stay abreast of trends and technology and propose new tools and methods to the team that can aid in client deliverables.
