Please let me know your interest in the below role- Salesforce Business Analyst 12+ month contract HYBRID (3 days/wk) in Newark, NJ. USC, GC Rate: $50-52/hr C2C Max The ideal candidate must have 5-7 years of total experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment with large insurance services corporations with the Salesforce Platform. Must be currently located in the NY Tri State area (the manager is not considering candidates that are out of area or open to relocation). Years of Experience: Level 2 (3 to < 5 Year) Job description : Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Perform requirements analysis. Document and communicate the results of your efforts. Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Perform functional and user acceptance testing. Work closely with the Product Owner ensuring the team is focused on the right priorities. Create and develop user stories and maintaining the backlog. Manage competing resources and priorities. Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Develop proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and AGILE tools (JIRA, MIRO).
