Job Description

Title:  Junior Change Management Manager (This position is remote and the candidate must convert at $90k/yr, need salary expectations of the candidate)

Company: TJX

Location: 400 Value Way, Marlborough, MA 01752 100% remote

Duration: 12 months with potential for conversion

Start: ASAP

Important Skills

Technical  Change management, user adoption (REQUIRED!!)

Soft  Can work independently, handle high volume/fast paced environment, analytical, problem solver, detail oriented

Overall HM feedback:

--Some resumes were more focused on IT Service Management Change Management experience as opposed to Business-facing change management.

--Looking for folks that have Technology implementation change management experience

--Looking for folks to have some training experience too (training development and/or delivery)

Experience

Knowledge of change management theories and techniques; ability to collect, organize and analyze data to produce sound and relevant change management solutions.

Experience in instructional design techniques. Comfortable with technology and alternative forms of communication and training delivery.

Experience in working with all levels of employees in meeting situations, one-on-one development and team development.

Excellent interpersonal and influence skills, as well as facilitation and group process skills.

Articulate and persuasive communicator, in writing and orally.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field which is directly related.

Ability to work independently without a significant amount of supervision.

4+ years of experience in change management/ organization development.

Description:

Develop change plans and support materials - e.g., communication plan, training materials - for client engagements. Also as required,

o Conduct needs assessments to design change management processes and interventions.

o Provide administration and analysis of surveys and focus groups.

o Deliver feedback on analysis to teams as requested.

o Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance client engagements.

o Provide change management training as needed.

Maintain a repository of the change management tools, resources and deliverables produced for client engagements.

Partner with external change consultants to learn about best practices in change management.

Manage relationships with change management, communication and training vendors as required to deliver change management solutions to the business.

Reinforce the use of the TJX change management framework to support all change initiatives.

Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in order to meet client deadlines.
