This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday modules, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in Workday support and integration roles. Strong understanding of Workday modules, business processes, and configuration options. Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other integration tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM and other modules. Strong understanding of HR business processes and their integration with the Workday platform. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., XSLT, JavaScript) for custom integrations. Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services and other integration protocols.
