| Skill Matrix to be filled by Candidates: Skill Years of Experience Rating Out of 10 Jenkins Git Hub AWS SAM (Serverless Application Model AWS services CI/CD Skill Matrix:- Position Senior Devops Engineer Location Lake Mary, FL (2 days a week Onsite) Need Local within 30-45 Minutes drive Position Type Contractor Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps roles. Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing DevOps processes. Technical Skills: Proficient in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Strong knowledge and experience with GitHub for version control. Hands-on experience with AWS SAM (Serverless Application Model) templates for Lambda functions. In-depth knowledge of AWS platform services and resources. Experience in automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Hybrid Work Schedule: Willingness and ability to work on a hybrid schedule, with the flexibility to work in either NYC or Lake Mary, FL locations as needed. AWS Proficiency: Proven experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS. Familiarity with various AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation. Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. Security: Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments. Implementation of security measures in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure. Continuous Improvement: Proactive in staying up to date with industry trends and advancements in DevOps practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the DevOps processes. Certifications (Optional): AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification or relevant AWS certifications would be a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
