Hybrid, 3 days a week to office Responsibilities: Direct level role covering both Infrastructure Support and Security. This key role forms part of a distributed, global infrastructure, operations and security team that is responsible for the continued availability and support of a hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure Specifically, working within a global IT infrastructure and security team, providing support for local Cloud, Data Centre, and network infrastructure by drawing upon their wealth of practical and technical experience together with continue cyber security and security operations support within the US. This is a hands-on role and will work within a fast-paced environment supporting the US region. Requirements: Extensive experience working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, M365 and Exchange Online. Extensive experience of complex email routing environments and Exchange Server. Extensive experience working with multi-site and multi forest Active Directory environments, group policy and DNS. Extensive experience working with common Microsoft technologies such as patch management, mobile device management and monitoring systems. Extensive experience working with Windows desktop, and Citrix including all levels of troubleshooting. Extensive experience working with cloud, server, desktop, network, and telephony providers. Good knowledge of networking - Layer2/3, dynamic routing, and firewall management. Good knowledge of IT security practices and the implementation of tools that provide MFA, DLP, proxy services, encryption, event logging and alerting. Identify areas of cyber security improvement to ensure cyber security and data security by design controls are adopted globally as outlines in the Howden Security and Configuration Standards Document (HSCSD) Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions that protect corporate data seamlessly across platforms, devices, and environments in the US. Support the integration of new cyber security technologies that meets the next generation threats and can be adopted by the group in the US. Desired Skills/Experience: Good knowledge of Microsoft server technologies (Windows 2019, 2016 & 2012) and Linux Good knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS & Group Policy Good knowledge of Azure Good knowledge of networks (including Wi-Fi) and Network Access Control (NAC) management Good knowledge of security monitoring, orchestrator and SEIM tools Good Knowledge of next-gen application firewalls, anti-malware, cloud proxies and CASB Good knowledge of Cyber Incident Management and or Security Forensic experience.
