The right candidate helps ensure our ERP solution is set up to support our business strategy with a structured set of master data and information architecture. You have a good understanding of business processes, and have the ability to relate these to system functionality. The role will require up-to-date and in-depth experience with implementation and configuration of ERP solutions, preferably Infor M3. Main Areas of Responsibility: Responsible for ERP configuration and customization Responsible for discussing architecture and solution options, recommendations, and implications with key stakeholders Responsible for creating functional process/solution documents describing business processes and user needs. Ensure system changes support the companys business strategy and desired business outcomes Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders and organize superuser and user training Keep up to date with technological changes, system updates, new functionality and ISV s, and make sure we exploit these to our advantage Ensure a holistic information architecture and masterdata structure Qualifications Requirements: Minimum 3 years academic degree (bachelor or similar). Minimum 5 years relevant work experience Experience with ERP functional design & information architecture Experience with ERP implementation and configuration Experience with Infor M3 for Finance & Operations is a clear advantage Experience on Sales, Supply Chain, Operation and Finance data management, preferably on Infor M3 Strong knowledge of business application tools (ERP, PIM,CRM) Good relationship-building qualities, structured and methodical. Cloud Infrastructure Automation: Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain solutions for the provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure and Platform, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and sustain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process, covering the journey from code commit to production deployment. Collaborate closely with development teams to enhance build and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability. Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Establish and sustain monitoring and alerting systems to guarantee the health and performance of cloud-based applications. Identify opportunities for performance optimization and apply solutions to improve system efficiency. Security and Compliance: Apply security best practices within the cloud environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with the security team to conduct routine security audits and implement necessary improvements. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, infrastructure configurations, and deployment procedures. Provide training and support to junior team members as required. Requirements 5+ years of experience with a Master's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, OR 7+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree or a related field. 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure automation, with expertise in any public cloud platforms, e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP. Experience building & operating highly reliable distributed systems in a cloud environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go, coupled with scripting experience. In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with a strong emphasis on Terraform. Significant experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Solid grasp of networking principles and adherence to security best practices in cloud environments. Proactive in staying current with developments in web applications, programming languages, software approaches, and architectures. Adapt to these changes through self-training and research work. Ensure non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability) are considered during solution design and implementation. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
