Additional Job Information: Rate: $30-35/hr on W2 OR 35-40/hr on C2C Onsite/Local Desktop Support Engineer with HelpDesk software/hardware install troubleshooting, camtasia, SharePoint, Power BI/Automate and Patching experience Location: Richmond, VA (DOE) Duration: 8 Months Position: 1(2) On Site from Day One Parking NOT provided for contractors Hours of Operation: 8 am to 5 pm No On Call Skills: Help Desk software installs and troubleshooting experience Required 5 Years Experience with Microsoft products such as Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate Required 2 Years Experience applying patches to laptops Required 2 Years Description: Parking NOT provided for contractors, but as you can see, a solid vendor rate is provided for this role. Please try to keep that in mind and try to provide support for parking to your candidate in your compensation OR agree to reimburse them for parking. This will all need to come from your side, our rate cannot change. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Support on the Help Desk which will involve: . Software installs and troubleshooting such as Acrobat Adobe, camtasia, Microsoft Power BI . Hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, monitors, printers, phones). Operating system for laptops is Microsoft Windows 11. . Patching laptops for security compliance. . Microsoft product support such as Teams, Power Automate, SharePoint.
