Identify and analyze bugs found during testing and document them. Pay close attention to details running the tests, documenting and report results. Report any defects and collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program. Required: The candidate will assist Payroll Technology Team with implementation of Oracle HCM on Cloud on the following tasks. 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud TechnoFunc experience, using tools such as HCM Extract, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, PL-SQL and OIC. Solid understanding of Payroll Process flows, to test on-cycle and off-cycle Payroll processes, and costing and creation of third-party interface files/reports. Should have experience on working with HDL and HSDL templates, Data mapping, and reconciliation of converted interface files with legacy files for Payroll related items.
