Develop and maintain an understanding of SaaS application footprint, organizations, and types of licenses deployed. Setup and manage an intake process for adding, reducing, swapping, or transferring licenses. Ensure that SaaS licenses are freed up and made available for reuse when application users leave the company. Provide recommendations for optimal usage of licenses based on utilization and application function. Define frequency and cadence for review with other enterprise teams. Support the governance of ensuring licensing requests are addressed and in line with enterprise strategy for the application. Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Enterprise Architecture, system owners, TAM, VMO, Purchasing and Finance on the end-to-end processes related to licensing. Translate data gathered from user discussions and produce reports on discoveries and trends for management. Advise stakeholders on different editions and types of licenses to enable rightsizing the footprint. Provide inputs to Finance to enable chargebacks to organizations aligned to their usage. Assist in the development of policies, processes, standards, and procedures. Incorporate knowledge of business and technology to make recommendations. Apply analytical thinking to assess trends and evaluate value of technology assets based on TCO and usage. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
